or use outside manufacturer guidelines.

11. Regulated or Hazardous Goods

Where goods are classified as regulated, hazardous, or controlled:

Customers must comply with all relevant laws and safety requirements
Appropriate handling, storage, and disposal is the customer’s responsibility
We may refuse supply if compliance cannot be demonstrated

12. Warranties

Goods are supplied in accordance with manufacturer warranties where applicable.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
