Delivery Policy

This Delivery Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions of Lynx Consumables Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). It explains how goods are delivered and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
2. Delivery Areas
We deliver goods within the United Kingdom only. We do not currently offer international delivery.
3. Delivery Methods
Depending on the size, weight, and nature of the goods, deliveries may be made by:
– Our own delivery vehicles
– Third-party courier services
– Pallet or freight services for bulk or
heavy items
The delivery method will be confirmed at the time of order or quotation.
4. Delivery Timescales
Any delivery timescales provided are estimates only. While we make every effort to meet stated delivery times, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including supplier delays, courier issues, traffic, or weather conditions.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be delivered within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
5. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges will be clearly displayed at checkout or included within your quotation before an order is confirmed.
6. Click and Collect
Where offered, customers may collect goods from our premises by prior arrangement. Collection times must be agreed in advance. Proof of purchase may be required.
7. Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, restricted access, or absence of a recipient, we may:
– Rearrange delivery
– Pass on additional charges incurred by
couriers
8. Risk and Ownership
Risk of damage or loss passes to the customer once goods are delivered to the agreed delivery address.
Ownership of goods transfers once payment
has been received in full.
9. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Goods
Customers must inspect goods upon receipt.
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours
of delivery.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
10. Delivery Delays and Cancellations
If we fail to deliver within the agreed timeframe, you may be entitled to cancel your order and receive a refund in accordance with consumer law.
